Job Purpose
The Marketing Manager leads the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support business growth objectives, in alignment with the brand’s global positioning while tailoring communication to local customer behavior and market dynamics. This role collaborates across functions and applies analytical thinking to optimize marketing campaigns and measure ROI. The ideal candidate brings a balance of creativity, commercial acumen, and hands-on execution.
Job Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business priorities and sales targets.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and performance data to guide marketing initiatives and identify opportunities for expansion or improvement
Maintain brand integrity, tone of voice, and creative guidelines in all communications.
Liaise with OEM partners and the Group’s corporate teams to obtain required information and ensure full adherence to all brand, regulatory, and corporate guidelines.
Introduce performance forecasting models for campaign ROAS.
Lead omnichannel strategy alignment (retail, digital, content, events).
Apply strong strategic thinking to translate OEM and the Group’s directives into effective local marketing plans and initiatives.
Digital & Performance Marketing
Lead paid digital media campaigns (search, social, display, video, programmatic) focused on lead generation and performance optimization.
Manage SEO/SEM, website performance, UX content updates, and CRO.
Track and improve lead pipeline performance from digital platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Waze, AutoTrader platforms, etc.).
Content & Creative Development
Plan and deliver localized campaign messaging, product campaigns, and tactical offers.
Lead owned social media, community engagement, and content amplification with a sharp focus on content quality
Support content scheduling and posting across social platforms, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
Ensure all communication, POS and customer facing literature are compliant to Corporate Identity guidelines and proofread all promotion material prior to submission to release for printing.
Events, Partnerships & Retail Marketing
Lead end-to-end event ROI modelling for each activation
Plan and activate test drive events, mall activations, dealership events, and trade show participation.
Identify and manage partnerships, sponsorships, and community initiatives aligned with brand values.
Budget & Reporting
Manage brand marketing budget, forecast spending, track ROI, and ensure efficiency across touchpoints.
Own periodic dashboards measuring KPIs: inquiries, conversion rates, digital metrics, engagement, campaign ROI, and brand health.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelors degree in Marketing or similar.
Digital Marketing certifications preferred.
Preferred: Certification in Digital Strategy, Growth Marketing, CX, or Marketing Analytics.
Experience
5+ years marketing experience in reputed organization in the region.
Automotive Industry experience is an advantage
Knowledge & Skills
A general understanding of the UAE automotive market, trends, and competitor landscape.
Proven experience as a marketer with a strong track record in campaign planning, execution, and measurement.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and analytics tools
Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and creative problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with emotional intelligence and stakeholder management experience.
Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
