Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping our brand presence and driving customer acquisition in the UAE and GCC markets. You will own the full marketing funnel — from strategy design to hands-on execution — ensuring our products reach the right audience through impactful storytelling, targeted campaigns, and smart use of data. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership to build a cohesive brand experience and fuel business growth for our AI-driven portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies (digital, social, content, offline) in line with company objectives.
2. Plan, execute and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels — social media, email, web, events, PR, etc.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design, content) to ensure alignment of marketing, branding, and business goals.
4. Manage marketing budgets, vendors/agencies, and resources effectively. (Depending on company and scope)
5. Analyze marketing performance (campaign metrics, KPIs) and optimize strategies for better ROI, engagement, conversions, and brand reach.
6. Stay up to date on regional market trends, consumer behavior in UAE/GCC, and adjust marketing tactics accordingly.
Who You Are
You’re a strategic thinker with the ability to execute fast. You enjoy building things from scratch, experimenting with ideas, and iterating based on data. You understand consumers in the UAE/GCC market and can translate insights into campaigns that capture attention and generate results. You’re comfortable collaborating across teams, leading projects independently, and taking full ownership of outcomes.
Nice to Have
1. Experience working with or marketing AI/Tech/SaaS products.
Hands-on experience with performance marketing tools and automation platforms.
2. Knowledge of UAE/GCC cultural nuances for localized campaigns.
Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Data Studio, etc.).
3. Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment where speed and ownership matter.
4. Basic understanding of SEO/SEM, CRM, and funnel optimization.
Arabic language skills (advantage but not mandatory).
