How you will make an impact:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to effectively position Edwards’ Surgical Business Unit products. This role combines strategic planning, digital marketing, and customer-centric initiatives to drive product adoption, enhance customer experience, and support business growth.
  • Strategic Marketing & Planning
    • Develop annual marketing plans including strategies and tactics.
    • Integrate digital marketing strategies, marketing automation tools, and data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and customer engagement.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs to inform product launch plans and understand market dynamics.
  • Customer Journey & Engagement
    • Design and implement initiatives that enhance the customer journey, ensuring a strong customer focus across all touchpoints.
    • Develop targeted campaigns leveraging segmentation, personalization, and analytics to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Content Development & Compliance
    • Adapt to global marketing messages and collateral based on regional strategies, competitive environment, and regulatory requirements.
    • Drive marketing materials through legal and regulatory approval processes in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Data Management & Analytics
    • Analyze clinical, market, and campaign data to assess impact and inform decision-making.
    • Utilize data management systems and dashboards to monitor KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
    • Implement marketing automation workflows to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with sales, clinical specialists, governmental affairs, and training teams to ensure optimal integration of marketing efforts.
    • Lead major projects for congress management and product launches, including Salesforce readiness and training.
  • Budget & Performance Management
    • Manage budgets related to product lines, campaigns, and projects.
    • Measure effectiveness of educational tools, resources, and programs through surveys, field feedback, and KOL reviews; develop and implement improvement plans.
What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of experience in Marketing in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience in digital marketing, marketing automations, and data-driven campaign management
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • People Management Experience – Preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in diverse, multicultural teams
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and relationship management.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • Deep understanding of marketing concepts, event management strategies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strict attention to detail and ability to drive achievement of objectives.
  • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules).
