Marketing Manager - Sales And Leasing

Welcome to haus & haus. As our new Marketing Manager for Residential Sales and Leasing, youll collaborate with our Senior Leadership team, Sales Directors, and our driven sales teams to craft and execute strategies that dont just follow trends but set them.

This role requires more than just marketing know-how—it calls for someone who understands Dubais dynamic market and knows how to create campaigns that truly resonate. Youll be driving results from brand awareness all the way to sales, working closely with our CRM and Communications teams to track progress and fine-tune strategies that keep us ahead of the game.

Role Requirements

• Develop and execute a marketing plan that aligns with Residential Sales and Leasing business objectives, ensuring comprehensive programs across all stages of the marketing funnel. Lead content creation and tactical execution.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify key priorities, develop monthly lead management campaign plans, and set budgets. Brief the marketing team on necessary assets and monitor campaign performance, overseeing the development of regular updates on campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain regular communication with the sales team to gather feedback on campaign performance, track results, and understand business priorities. Engage with sales teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Oversee the delivery of campaigns, collaborating with web, social media, podcast, and design teams to ensure the creation of high-quality assets and campaigns that support Residential Sales and Leasing initiatives.

What Youll Need

• A Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing campaign-related fields.
• Proven ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that drive business results.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including Google Ads and social media campaigns.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Prior experience in real estate or a similar professional services industry (preferred).
• Ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and sound judgment.
