Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our real estate team at Real Estate 24J25. As a Marketing Manager, you will spearhead our marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, attract qualified leads, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of real estate marketing, have innovative ideas, and exhibit exceptional leadership skills to guide our marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our properties and services, ensuring alignment with our business goals and enhancing customer engagement. A keen eye for detail, stellar communication skills, and a passion for real estate are essential.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies for real estate projects.
  • Lead the marketing team to oversee and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding across all platforms.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Evaluate the success of marketing campaigns using key performance metrics and analytics.
  • Ensure consistency of promotional materials with brand guidelines and standards.
  • Develop partnerships with industry associations to enhance marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in marketing, preferably within real estate sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and collaboration.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaign development and execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market data and translate into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing software, CRM systems, and data analysis tools.
