About this Position We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive business growth, strengthen customer engagement, and enhance brand positioning across the GCC region. This role will oversee a diverse portfolio of brands spanning multiple industries and customer segments. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution and a deep understanding of industrial markets, customer needs, and value-based marketing

What You´ll Do

  • Develop and implement the regional marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, sales targets, and product portfolio priorities.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, and leadership teams to define go-to-market strategies for key segments and innovations.
  • Strengthen brand awareness and differentiation across industrial markets through integrated communication campaigns.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials (digital, print, and on-site) ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines.
  • Own all digital marketing initiatives for the GCC region, aligning with global and local campaigns (e.g., RAQN, LinkedIn, Instagram, TDX).
  • Define and execute the retail marketing strategy in collaboration with category, segment managers and trade marketing.
  • Lead rebranding and in-store revamp initiatives based on market needs and brand guidelines.
  • Support distributor sales teams through regular training programs focused on technical knowledge and value selling.
  • Plan and execute trade shows, industry conferences, customer events, and technical seminars.
  • Lead the annual marketing budget planning and ensure effective budget utilization.
  • Manage purchase orders, vendor coordination, and subscription renewals (e.g., MEED, EGBC, creative agencies, etc).

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B/B2C environments with multi-brand exposure
  • Proven track record in brand management, retail marketing, and digital strategy
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
  • Experience working in a matrix organization and leading cross-functional initiatives and teams
  • Regional experience in GCC markets required
  • Arabic language skills beneficial
