Job Description

As a Marketing Manager for our Fragrances 30N25 division, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of marketing initiatives for our fragrance line. Your role will involve crafting innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative departments, to align marketing plans with business objectives. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of creativity and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of the fragrance market trends and consumer preferences. Your leadership will be instrumental in expanding our market reach and achieving sales targets.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote fragrance products.
  • Lead market research efforts to understand consumer preferences and market trends.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment with market needs.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective strategies are applied.
  • Oversee advertising campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand identity and goals.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to develop and implement promotional activities.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain relationships with key industry influencers and partners for brand promotion.
  • Prepare and present marketing reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure brand consistency across various marketing channels and platforms.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and integrate them into marketing plans.
  • Guide and mentor junior marketing staff to develop their skills and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in the fragrance industry is essential.
  • Proven track record in delivering successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
