Job Description

As the Marketing Lead for the UAE, you will be the primary engine for Osome’s regional growth. You will own the entire marketing funnel from lead generation to client retention, managing the regional P&L and optimizing CAC. This high-autonomy role requires a full-stack marketer who can bridge high-level strategy with hands-on execution.

What You Will Do

• Lead the Go-To-Market strategy for UAE-specific product features, including Corporate Tax filing modules and localized VAT tools, ensuring Osome speaks the local market's language.
• Architect and execute integrated demand generation programs across digital channels, influencer partnerships, and field events to accelerate pipeline and revenue impact.
• Design automated "Founder Journeys" using tools like HubSpot to nurture leads through the complex decision-making process of business setup and long-term financial management.
  
  

The ideal candidate

• Brings 6-8 years of experience in field and partner marketing within the SaaS or tech industry, with a deep understanding of the UAE’s Free Zone and Mainland nuances.
• Possesses technical hands-on depth with Meta platforms and CRM automation, capable of setting up A/B tests and attribution models without relying on external agencies.
• Exhibits a data-driven startup mentality with a bias for action, excelling in fast-paced environments where measuring LTV/CAC ratios and conversion rates is second nature.
