Anchored in these values, we are now looking for a Marketing Lead to elevate Versuni's presence across the Middle East & Africa. This is a business-critical leadership opportunity to shape the regional marketing strategy and drive business growth across one of the most diverse and dynamic markets.
As the regional business owner, you will lead the marketing agenda with end-to-end accountability for portfolio strategy, P&L performance, competitive positioning, customer engagement, and channel strategy while working for an industry leader that doesn't just follow trends but sets them!

The Impact You’ll Make
Lead 18-month rolling forecast outlook inline category ambitions and market dynamics
Drive portfolio strategy, ensuring the right product positioning and competitive pricing to drive profitable business growth
Localize global strategies based on deep consumer insights derived from market and data analytics
Own and manage marketing budgets to ensure achievement of strategic business and marketing goals
Develop and execute 360° integrated marketing strategies working in close collaboration with Media, E-Commerce and Shopper marketing teams, to build a strong brand funnel from awareness to conversion
Represent the business in front of the business customer i.e. distributors, retailers building and executing sales plans together with Sales team
Lead and nurture a high-performing team of Marketing Managers
Design and maintain a high-performing workflow between internal teams and external agencies (Creative, PR, Media, Event etc.)
Analyse local and global market trends to create and sustain competitive advantage
Coordinating with both local and global executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment and visibility
The Skills And Knowledge You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s and preferably master’s degree in business or marketing
+12 years relevant marketing and commercial experience, preferably with global FMCG /consumer goods and/or consumer electronics industry background
Solid knowledge of category strategy design with full financial ownership, portfolio strategy design, activation design, content development and pricing strategy
Proven experience in multi-country marketing management, ideally gained within local market organizations across the region
Detailed P&L management, data analysis and commercial acumen are very critical for this role.
Team management experience is needed.
Fluent English in both spoken and written language
Effective global stakeholder management skills
Initiative taker with high ownership to drive category growth
Skilled at managing large marketing budgets and act towards business objectives
