Marketing Intern

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Marketing Intern to join the Volkswagen team. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who is eager to learn, comfortable working with data, and excited about gaining real exposure in a fast-paced automotive and marketing environment.

What you’ll do

• As a Marketing Intern, you will support the marketing team across a variety of activities, including:
• Assisting with marketing coordination, reporting, and day-to-day operational tasks
• Supporting data analysis and reporting using Excel
• Assisting with logistics and coordination activities when required (including driving)
• Supporting digital, social media, CRM, and campaign-related activities
• Preparing professional emails, presentations, and basic reports
• Managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail

What we’re looking for

• Strong willingness to learn and proactively take on new tasks
• Valid driver’s license and ability to support with driving/logistics when required
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, basic analysis; data cleaning is a plus)
• Comfortable working with data, reporting, and basic analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional email etiquette
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
• High attention to detail and ability to complete tasks independently and reliably
• Basic understanding of marketing channels (digital, social media, CRM) is an advantage
• Team-player mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Interest or basic knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
