JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented intern to support the design and development of high-quality training content and learning materials. The role involves conducting research, developing structured educational content, and producing professional PowerPoint presentations that support effective knowledge transfer and employee development.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Research relevant topics and develop comprehensive training content aligned with defined learning objectives and organizational needs.
Design and structure training modules, ensuring logical content flow, clarity, and effective communication of key concepts.
Develop professional, engaging, and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for training sessions, workshops, and internal learning programs.
Transform technical and complex information into concise, accessible, and learner-friendly content.
Create supporting learning materials, including case studies, practical exercises, assessments, and interactive activities.
Incorporate appropriate visual elements, infographics, diagrams, and illustrations to enhance the effectiveness of training presentations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather, validate, and refine training content.
Review and enhance training materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, professional quality, and alignment with corporate branding guidelines.
Maintain and organize training resources, presentation templates, and learning documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelors degree in Business Administration, Education, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong research, analytical, and content development capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with strong presentation design and visual storytelling skills.
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or AI-assisted content development tools is an advantage.
Ability to organize information effectively and communicate complex subjects clearly.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated interest in learning and development, corporate training, and instructional design.

KEY DELIVERABLES

Structured training content and learning modules aligned with specific training objectives.
Professionally designed PowerPoint presentations suitable for instructor-led training and workshops.
Supplementary learning resources, including exercises, assessments, and participant materials.
Consistent, accurate, and editable training documentation.
