Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, articulate, and target-driven Female Business Development Executive (Part-Time) to acquire new corporate and institutional clients. Your main goal will be to connect with medical societies, healthcare groups, and event hosts to offer our end-to-end conference management services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and contact potential clients (Medical Associations, Hospital Groups, Corporate Clients, and Event Committees).
• Schedule and conduct pitch meetings (in-person and online) to introduce our conference management services.
• Understand client needs, present customized service solutions, and deliver official proposals.
• Follow up diligently on leads and proposals to negotiate and close new event management contracts.
• Maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to expand our conference portfolio.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in B2B sales, corporate client acquisition, or event management sales (Healthcare/Medical sector experience is a strong advantage).
• Outstanding verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Confident, highly professional demeanor suitable for dealing with doctors, association heads, and senior executives.
• Self-driven with a proven track record of securing new business accounts.
