About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inspection and Training Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting inspections, assessments, and quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications. Additionally, you will develop and deliver training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of our clients personnel. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Field, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inspection, quality assurance, or training within industrial or construction environments.
• Relevant certifications such as API, NDT, ISO, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively train and mentor others.
• Proficiency in inspection tools, testing equipment, and computer software related to quality management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections and assessments of materials, equipment, and work sites to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare comprehensive inspection reports, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions as necessary.
• Develop, update, and deliver training programs to clients and internal teams on inspection techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Assist in the development of inspection procedures and quality assurance protocols.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure inspection activities align with project timelines and objectives.
• Stay updated on industry developments, standards, and best practices to continuously improve inspection and training processes.
• Participate in safety meetings and contribute to fostering a culture of safety within the organization and client sites.
• Provide technical support and guidance during audits and certification processes.
