We are seeking a full-time, on-site Marketing Executive to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will create and execute strategic marketing plans, perform market research to identify opportunities, and support sales initiatives. The Marketing Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams to promote the company’s brand, develop engaging campaigns, and ensure alignment with MyERPS’s business goals. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, preparing reports, and participating in events to enhance market presence.

• Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to identify trends and create innovative strategies
• Strong Sales and Marketing skills to build campaigns and support business development initiatives
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively, build relationships, and deliver impactful messaging
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in marketing roles is desirable
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Understanding of ERP solutions or SaaS industry is an added advantage
