Overview Of The Role:
The Marketing Executive will assist the Marketing Manager in handling various marketing projects, focusing on social media presence and content production for clients. They are responsible for campaign execution, market research, and digital marketing efforts, serving as a key member of the marketing team. Success in this role requires strong time management, creativity, and communication skills, alongside the ability to analyze data and manage timelines effectively.
What You Will Do:
Campaign Execution
Implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including store activations, digital, print, social media, and email marketing.
Manage conversion rates as a key performance indicator.
Market Research
Conduct market research to gather intelligence about target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.
Data Analysis
Analyze data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns.
Provide insights for optimization based on data analysis.
Support for Marketing Strategies
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to implement marketing strategies.
Contribute ideas and execute tactics to achieve marketing goals.
Digital Marketing
Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and multimedia content.
Monitor metrics such as follower growth, engagement rate, reach, and impressions.
Budget Management
Assist in managing marketing budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring campaigns stay within budgetary constraints.
Utilize marketing budget efficiently.
Required Skills To Be Successful:
Strong project management skills.
Excellent communication and content creation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
Ability to analyze market data and optimize campaigns.
What Qualifies You For The Role:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
3-4 years of marketing experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Ability to manage timeline-driven content projects.
Excellent written communication skills.
