As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in assessing and developing marketing strategies to enhance our presence in a competitive market. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve quarterly growth targets.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging and effective content for various digital platforms.
  • Manage the organization’s social media engagement to reinforce brand presence.
  • Coordinate with the design team to ensure visual coherence across marketing materials.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators for all marketing initiatives.
  • Develop relationships with external agencies to support marketing collaboration efforts.
  • Provide input and support on public relations strategies and media outreach activities.
  • Identify sponsorship and collaboration opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor competitor activities to deliver competitive marketing strategies on time.
  • Continuously update and improve marketing processes based on industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in a marketing role necessary.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic marketing plans and initiatives effectively.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing tools, strategies, and tactics required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage various stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret and present complex data.
  • Proficiency in using marketing software platforms and analytics tools expected.
