- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the MEA marketing strategy in alignment with global brand direction, market priorities, and business growth targets.
- Brand Management: Safeguard Lindts premium positioning, ensuring all touchpoints deliver consistent brand excellence.
- Innovation & Portfolio: Lead product launches, seasonal campaigns, and portfolio strategy, tailoring initiatives to local market needs.
- Integrated Campaigns: Oversee impactful 360° campaigns, from trade marketing and retail activations to digital and e-commerce strategies.
- Market Insights: Use consumer, shopper, and category insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing investments.
- Team Leadership: Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing regional marketing team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, retail, supply chain, and distributor teams to deliver flawless execution.
- Must have 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience with large multinational FMCGs
- Proven track record in brand building, innovation, and go-to-market strategy in emerging and developed markets.
- Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of MEA market dynamics.
