Job Title: Marketing Director, Fine Fragrance Experience
Location: Work Location: Dubai, UAE
In this role you will lead the regional management of Marketing and Consumer Insights. This includes but is not limited to regional responsibility to grow the business and profitability by ensuring the regional team develops strong local/ regional insights and marketing strategies that can effectively feed and strengthen the general fine fragrance strategies. You will lead and supervise the regional/ local implementation of those strategies with excellence, managing and developing a team. You will define the marketing strategy including events throughout the year to support the differentiation of the company.
We are looking for an agile and experienced marketing leader, with the ability to flexibly manage, communicate, and inspire at all levels internally and externally, and achieve objectives within a highly creative and fast-moving team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present the corresponding budget, accountable for its execution once approved
- Support growth strategies and contribute to differentiate dsm-firmenich by offering our clients a strong marketing expertise to support creation and launch of best fragrances
- Continuously develop and maintain above expertise collaborating with our creative centers in Paris, New York and Shanghai

You bring
- Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent (business administration, economics, marketing, science...)
- Minimum 15 years of marketing experience in the fine fragrance industry or beauty and luxury brands and markets with high passion for trends, brands, products and fragrance
- Proven track record in sales and creative marketing in the fragrance/cosmetic luxury industry
- Demonstrated leadership driving dynamic growth and high impact business and strategic results
- Strong business acumen with good understanding of financial parameters (such as Gross margin, commercial margin, Ebitda, etc)
- Proven track record establishing strong client relationships and creating value
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills and ability to work with diverse clients and team members at all levels
- Strong analytical skills, problem analysis and resolution at both strategic and functional levels
- Own the outcome by driving collective impact with high sense of accountability. Stimulate change and embrace diverse views.
