Position Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator will act as the operational backbone of the marketing team — ensuring all campaigns, property launches, and marketing activities are executed efficiently, on time, and in line with the Square One brand. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow from execution into strategy, with exposure to real estate marketing, digital campaigns, and investor-focused positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage landing pages, website content, and real estate platform listings (Bazaraki, etc.), ensuring accuracy and up-to-date visuals
• Create and optimise Google Maps listings and write SEO-focused blog articles
• Coordinate property launches — assets, timelines, listings, and internal alignment
• Support newsletters (Mailchimp/HubSpot) and liaise with PR agencies for content distribution
• Manage marketing materials (CGIs, brochures, floor plans, videos, signage) from production to delivery, ensuring brand consistency
• Track performance across email and listing platforms; support internal marketing reports

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 2–4 years in a marketing coordination or similar role
• Proficiency with HubSpot/Mailchimp and basic SEO knowledge
• Familiarity with real estate platforms and digital listings
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in real estate or property marketing is a plus
