Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the marketing department's initiatives and assisting in the strategic development and execution of marketing campaigns. This position is integral to maintaining the organization’s brand visibility and aiding in the communication of the brand message across various channels. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the marketing team on various projects, ranging from digital marketing to event coordination and market research. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials and content.

  • Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing marketing content.
  • Manage and update the company’s social media profiles and website content.
  • Track and report on marketing activities and campaign performance metrics.
  • Liaise with external partners, vendors, and agencies for effective campaign execution.
  • Maintain marketing budget records and assist with budget management tasks.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to brand guidelines across all platforms.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the preparation of detailed project reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a marketing coordinator or in a similar marketing role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software, like CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, social media platforms, and analytics.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to innovate marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
