The Position
As Marketing Coordinator for Middle East region, you will support in keeping the Near Patient Care (NPC) Marketing function running smoothly by handling a variety of marketing tasks. With a reporting line to the Marketing Excellence Subchapter Lead NPC, you will collaborate with multiple functions across the Middle East. You are instrumental in supporting managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to marketing support and campaign execution. You will work in a high-paced environment and will need to become familiar with a variety of the organization’s concepts, practices and procedures.
Your Responsibilities
Execute and support multi-channel marketing campaigns in collaboration with product and sales teams. In addition, monitor and report on campaign performance, providing clear reports on their impact and return on investment
Lead the full planning and execution of events with IMS Sub-function, including the management of all operational aspects of events, such as scheduling, stakeholder coordination, venue booking, supplier management, contract negotiation, and budget tracking. All of this in alignment with business goals and compliance
Ensure compliance for promotional materials by overseeing the localization process on platforms like ACaDia/Brandbox, and ensuring they meet local regulatory approvals (e.g., MOH/SFDA…etc)
Coordinate with creative teams to develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all marketing materials, including print, digital, and event activations
Monitor marketing materials, confirming valid approvals on BrandBox and with regulatory bodies (SFDA/MOH), and managing the renewal processes
Initiate and managing local product customization (LC) requests with relevant chapter/chapters, preparing documentation, and securing quality approvals
Executing “Marketing display” agreements while ensuring proper documentation aligns with compliance guidelines
Who You Are
You obtained a BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, similar or relevant education
You built at least 2 years work experience as a marketing coordinator or in an administrative role with multinational company
You are able to multi-task and handle a variety of matters in a professional, polished, and mature manner with tact, diplomacy, discretion, and good judgment
You have well-developed computer skills with an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, G Suites, internet and email applications
You have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
You are highly motivated, proactive, independent, have attention to details, and are structured
You are organized and are able to plan and prioritize tasks and activities
You are Fluent in English and Arabic languages spoken and written
Important note:
The successful candidate will be hired through staffing agency. Initially, you will be employed for a period of 12 month with possibility to extend it.
