Job Description

The role of a Marketing Coordinator is crucial in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services. This role acts as the backbone of the marketing department, ensuring all marketing efforts are efficiently organized and executed. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and maintaining the marketing content calendar. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including email and social media.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage and maintain marketing collateral.
  • Assist in the planning and conducting of marketing research and analyze competitor marketing strategies.
  • Create content for marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and website updates.
  • Maintain and update the marketing content calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using various analytics tools.
  • Support the preparation and execution of trade shows and promotional events.
  • Liaise with the sales team to develop and coordinate marketing programs to drive lead generation.
  • Assist in the development of strategies to increase brand awareness and market positioning.
  • Maintain the digital asset management system and ensure all assets are properly organized.
  • Manage and update the brand's presence on digital platforms including website and social media.
  • Prepare marketing reports and presentations for management review and strategic planning sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Previous experience working in a marketing role or similar capacity is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tactics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing automation tools.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to propose innovative marketing solutions.
  • Must be highly organized with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and extract valuable insights to influence marketing strategies.
  • Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
