Overview Of The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Marketing Communications Manager to lead brand growth, market share expansion and revenue delivery for our automotive portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will own the development and execution of high impact, performance led marketing strategies that generate a strong pipeline of qualified Opportunities to do Business (OTBs) across New, Pre Owned and Aftersales.
You will act as the custodian of the brand, ensuring consistent, premium, and data driven execution across digital, retail, CRM and experiential channels.
What You Will Do
- Drive integrated marketing strategies that deliver measurable OTB growth, improved brand consideration, and commercial impact.
- Lead the annual and quarterly marketing planning process aligned to revenue targets, product priorities and competitive positioning.
- Generate high quality traffic and leads to sustain showroom performance and support sales and after-sales objectives.
- Elevate brand perception through consistent execution across all customer touchpoints, ensuring compliance with global OEM brand standards.
- Plan and execute product launches, major campaigns, partnerships and events that create measurable market demand.
- Oversee the digital ecosystem including performance marketing, website optimization, CRM journeys and customer contact channels to maximize acquisition and retention.
- Deliver clear, data-driven performance reporting, providing actionable insights, optimization recommendations and risk identification.
- Manage the marketing budget with strong governance and ROI discipline.
Required Skills To Be Successful
- 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in automotive, mobility or premium retail.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven capability in managing multi-channel campaigns, agencies and sizeable marketing budgets.
- Advanced stakeholder management skills across senior leadership, OEM partners and internal business units.
About The Team
You will be part of the Trading Enterprises Marketing team, working closely with cross-functional partners including Sales, Aftersales, Network Operations, CRM, Finance and Digital teams. Collaboration with OEM (Principal) partners and external creative, media and activation agencies will be central to delivering successful campaigns and brand programmes. The environment is high performing, commercially driven, and focused on delivering measurable business impact.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- High level of competency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics platforms.
- Strong organizational and governance skills with the ability to manage deadlines, performance tracking and reporting.
