About the role:

We are a fast-growing forex brokerage looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist who lives and breathes AI tools to supercharge our marketing efforts. If you think in workflows, automate everything possible, and use AI as your co-pilot to create high-converting landing pages, scroll stopping creatives, and smart automated communications - this role is for you.

You will be the go-to expert for building and optimizing our marketing infrastructure using low-code platforms, generative AI, and automation tools. Your work will directly impact lead generation, trader acquisition, and campaign performance in a competitive, regulated financial services environment.

You will:

• Build high-converting landing pages with AI - Rapidly design, create, and optimize landing pages using AI-powered tools and low-code platforms (Framer, GoHighLevel, and others) for campaigns, promotions, webinars.
• Create ad creatives at scale - Generate compelling visuals, ad copy, banners, social media assets, and video creatives using generative AI tools while ensuring they align with brand guidelines and forex industry compliance.
• Set up automated user communications - Design and implement sophisticated automated journeys including welcome sequences, nurture flows, re-engagement campaigns, and personalized trader communications using marketing automation platforms.
• Leverage low-code platforms - Expert-level hands-on work with GoHighLevel (GHL) for funnels, workflows, CRM automation, and client management; Framer for fast website and landing page building; plus other no-code/low-code tools to streamline operations.
• Automate and optimize marketing workflows - Identify repetitive tasks, build AI driven automations, integrate tools, and continuously improve efficiency across digital campaigns.
• Support campaign execution - Collaborate with the marketing team on A/B testing, performance tracking, and data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI on paid ads, email, and organic channels.
• Ensure compliance and quality - Maintain brand consistency, regulatory compliance (financial advertising rules), and high-quality output while moving at high speed.
• Experiment and innovate - Stay ahead of AI marketing trends, test new tools/workflows, and propose ideas that give us a competitive edge in trader acquisition and retention.

What makes you a great fit:

• Experience: 2 – 5+ years in digital marketing with strong focus on AI tools, automation, and low-code platforms. Hands-on experience in fintech, forex, or financial services is a big advantage.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with GoHighLevel (funnels, workflows, automations, SMS/email).
• Strong experience with Framer or similar AI-assisted website/landing page builders.
• Deep knowledge of generative AI tools (Claude code, ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, Leonardo, etc.) for content and creative production.
• Experience setting up marketing automation, email sequences, and user journeys.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.) and basic data interpretation.
• Mindset: True AI-native thinker - you default to automation and AI solutions first. You’re comfortable prompting effectively, iterating fast, and evaluating AI output critically.
• Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, creativity under pressure, strong communication, and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Work Location: Willing to relocate in Dubai / Hybrid remote
