As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our team and drive digital engagement and brand visibility. .We are looking for energetic and organized individual to join our vibrant team.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns for various real estate projects.
• Coordinate with design and sales teams to ensure branding consistency.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  
  

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow the company’s presence across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube).
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content including images, videos, and stories.
• Respond to followers, engage with potential clients, and manage online reputation.
  
  

Content Creation

• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and graphic designers to produce high-quality content.
• Write compelling captions, blog posts, newsletters, and promotional material.
  
  

Advertising & Lead Generation

• Manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to generate qualified leads.
• Monitor and analyse ad performance and suggest optimizations.
  
  

Event Support

• Coordinate marketing support for events, open houses, property launches, and exhibitions.
• Prepare promotional materials and on-site branding.
  
  

Analytics & Reporting

• Track KPIs for all digital marketing and social media efforts.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest improvements.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on real estate or property development preferred.
• Proven experience managing social media platforms and digital advertising.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM and email marketing platforms is an advantage.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• UAE driving license is a plus.
