Nevertiti Star Trading, a dynamic Dubai-based company specialising in trading and distribution across diverse product categories, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional with a passion for both marketing and sales. You will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, generating new business leads, and nurturing client relationships to drive company growth. This role is crucial to expanding our market presence and upholding our commitment to quality, reliability, and efficient supply solutions within the UAE market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads through various marketing channels.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profitability.
  • Create and manage content for marketing materials, including brochures, social media, and digital campaigns.
  • Analyse marketing campaign performance and sales data to provide insightful reports to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and efficient supply solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Executive, Sales Executive, or in a similar role, preferably within the trading or distribution industry.
  • A strong understanding of modern marketing principles and sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and familiar with CRM software.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.
  • A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience working within the UAE market is highly advantageous.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
