We are looking for a Marketing and Design Co-ordinator who will support the delivery of Serco and +impact’s marketing, design, and communications strategy across multiple channels and geographies. This role blends creative design capability with marketing execution, ensuring all outputs align with Serco’s global standards and +impact’s distinct advisory brand identity.

The Marketing and Design Co-ordinator will play a key role in developing and delivering high-impact content and collateral to support business growth, particularly in the Middle East for Serco and globally for +impact.

The ideal candidate should have the ability to multi-task and manage various tasks, Proactive, organised, and solution-oriented mindset.

This role is part of the Marketing and Communication team and will be based in our corporate office in Dubai.

Key Accountabilities

• Design and deliver high-quality marketing materials including brochures, case studies, capability statements, presentations, and digital assets
• Support the development of brand-aligned content for digital campaigns, tenders, and business development activities
• Manage the design and production of collateral for both digital and print use, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
• Develop engaging social and digital content that elevate brand awareness and engagement across platforms
• Maintain and evolve the visual identity for +impact and ensure design consistency across Serco’s regional communications
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather briefs, interpret requirements, and deliver creative solutions to support bidding, marketing and communications objectives
• Maintain an organised library of assets, templates, and collateral for ease of access across the team.

Specific Requirements

• Ideally a degree holder in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing and/or graphic design role
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; Premiere Pro or After Effects a plus)
• Demonstrated experience developing marketing collateral and visual content across formats
• Experience in running digital and marketing campaigns is desirable
• Experience working in a corporate or agency environment
• B2B or B2G experience preferred.
