Marketing And Communications Manager

Role Overview

Dr. Head is seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager to lead marketing across digital, social, content, public relations, brand communications, and events.

This is a hands-on role requiring strategic thinking, multi-channel management, and direct involvement in execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Oversee SEO, paid advertising, and digital performance with agencies and specialists as needed.
• Manage social media strategy, content planning, and daily execution.
• Brief and coordinate copywriters, designers, photographers, agencies, and other creative partners.
• Write and edit social copy, website content, and campaign materials.
• Manage PR and media relations, including press releases, media pitches, and editorial opportunities.
• Plan and lead in-store events, activations, and brand experiences.
• Maintain consistent branding and communications across customer touchpoints.
• Track marketing performance, manage budgets, and use insights to improve results.
  
  

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, brand, or a similar role.
• Strong experience in digital marketing, social media, content, and communications.
• Hands-on understanding of SEO, paid media, and marketing analytics.
• Experience with PR, media relations, and events.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, organized, and commercially minded approach.
• Ability to build strategy, brief creative partners, and execute work hands-on.
• Fluency in Russian and English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  
  

• Pay is up to AED 15,000 per month.
