We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Communications Manager to lead and execute integrated marketing initiatives across the Middle East region. The role will focus on driving brand visibility, demand generation, customer engagement, and supporting strategic business opportunities through events, digital campaigns, and communications activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives.
• Plan and manage customer events, executive roundtables, webinars, partner events, and industry conferences.
• Drive integrated digital campaigns across LinkedIn, email marketing, paid media, webinars, and partner channels.
• Partner with sales and business leaders to support strategic opportunities through Deal-Based/Account-Based Marketing initiatives.
• Create and localize marketing content including social media campaigns, newsletters, customer success stories, and executive communications.
• Manage external agencies, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful campaign and event delivery.
• Monitor campaign performance, lead generation, pipeline impact, and ROI, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Support executive profiling, thought leadership initiatives, and brand visibility across the region.

Skills & Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, communications, field marketing or regional campaign management
• Proven experience planning and delivering events, digital campaigns and demand-generation activities.
• Strong ability to work with sales teams and translate business priorities into marketing programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, project management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets, agencies and deadlines in a matrix organisation.
• Strong content judgement and ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
