Job Description

As a Marketing Administrator, you will play a critical role in the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and revenue growth. This multifaceted position encompasses a range of duties that require attention to detail, creativity, and strong organizational skills. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to ensure that marketing campaigns are executed effectively and efficiently. You will manage marketing materials, coordinate events, track marketing performance metrics, and support the communication needs of the department. Your work will contribute directly to the success of marketing campaigns and the achievement of company goals.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials and assets.
  • Maintain and update the company’s website and social media platforms regularly.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.
  • Research market trends and competitor activities to assist in strategy development.
  • Organize and coordinate marketing events, including trade shows and product launches.
  • Manage customer databases and facilitate marketing communications and outreach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency in marketing efforts.
  • Assist with budget tracking and ensure marketing expenditures stay within approved limits.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team as required.
  • Create and maintain project timelines and ensure deadlines are met efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing administration or a similar role preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with marketing software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data effectively.
