About the Role

This role qualifies marketing inbound enquiries to assess sales readiness, drives demand‑generation across email, social, web chat and phone to secure meetings for the sales team, and supports event engagement through pre‑ and post‑event follow‑up. As the first touchpoint for many prospects, it helps shape the initial experience and sets the tone for the sales relationship.


Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound demand and assess sales readiness, intent, and commercial fit. Use phone, email, chat, social, and digital channels to engage, diagnose needs, and create value
  • Deliver clean, high-quality handovers to sales with strong context and insight
  • Create feedback loops between marketing, market planning and sales to improve targeting, messaging and conversion


Requirements

  • Background in customer-facing, high-performance environments (sales, service, consulting, hospitality, marketing or commercial roles)
  • Must be Fluent Arabic, English and French.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, target-driven, growth environments
  • Proven experience in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Groove/Outreach, and adaptable to new technologies
  • Strong communication skills, active listening and relationship-building ability.
