Led by a creative director with a background in branding and film/TV, the team blends creativity, data, and technology to raise the standard of work. They partner closely with clients to deliver measurable growth across paid media and SEO.

Why does this role exist?
The agency is expanding paid media capacity to support client growth and needs a specialist to lead day-to-day management of Google Ads and Meta Ads—priority for this first placement. This role will own campaign setup, optimization, tracking, and reporting, leveraging the existing SOPs and training to quickly learn Search Atlas for ad setup automation and local Google Business optimization. The objective is to improve ROI, streamline operations, and free up leadership to focus on strategy and client development.

The Impact you’ll make

Paid Media Strategy and Execution
  • Translate client goals into paid media strategies across Google Ads and Meta Ads (FB/IG)
  • Build and manage search, performance, and social campaigns, audiences, and budgets
  • Develop and refine creative/ad copy briefs aligned to client messaging
Campaign Setup, Tracking, and Optimization
  • Set up and QA tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager; ensure accurate conversion/pixel events
  • Implement ongoing bid, budget, and targeting optimizations; conduct A/B tests
  • Use Search Atlas to accelerate Google Ads setup and workflows per SOPs
Reporting and Insights
  • Monitor performance daily/weekly, pacing to targets and budgets
  • Analyze KPIs (CPA/CPL, ROAS, conversions) and recommend actionable improvements
  • Summarize insights for internal stakeholders; document work in Asana
SEO Support and Local Optimization
  • Use Search Atlas for local SEO tasks, including Google Business Profile optimizations
  • Support keyword research and landing page recommendations in partnership with the team
  • Ensure alignment between paid, SEO, and on-site conversion paths
Collaboration and Workflow
  • Work in Asana for task management and Slack/Google Workspace for communication
  • Follow existing SOPs; maintain clear documentation and status updates
  • Coordinate closely with the Customer Success team to align with client priorities

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
  • Proficiency with Google Ads Suite (Ads, Analytics/GA4, Tag Manager) and Meta Business Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to set up and QA conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, Meta pixels/events)
  • Comfortable using Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace in a remote environment
  • Ability to quickly learn Search Atlas using provided SOPs and training materials
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week on a U.S. timezone schedule.
  • WFH Set-Up:
    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
    • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
    • Back-up computer and internet connection
    • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
