Brief Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Engineering Specialist to join our team specializing in the manufacturing of Switchgear Panels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and enhancing operational efficiency in our SWGR production line. This role requires a deep understanding of SWGR manufacturing principles, advanced problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each:

  • Preparing production documentation necessary for product manufacturing (new projects, prototypes, and assembly).
  • Improving existing operations, including the introduction of new methods and procedures.
  • Identifying ways to reduce production costs and resolving technical issues in manufacturing.
  • Collaborating with technical and other departments to prepare cost estimates for new projects and their improvement.
  • Participating in the procurement and design of handling and manufacturing equipment for production.
  • Actively participating (together with the Lean Supervisor) in lean projects focused on eliminating waste.
  • Performs all other activities related to the agreed type of work as directed by the direct supervisor.
  • Follows the procedures, rules, and principles of the integrated management system.
  • Works in accordance with the principles of lean manufacturing and 5S.
  • Works in compliance with the rules of international trade (ITC).
  • Contributes to the development and adherence to standards, focusing on key areas such as customer, company culture, and the continuous improvement system.
  • Within the continuous improvement system, submits improvement proposals in line with company goals.
  • Respects environmental protection principles.

Qualifications

Required Education: University degree in electrical or Mechanical engineering

Required Experience: 8 years of experience in the field of electrical engineering

Language Skills: English – fluent in both spoken and written communication

  • Good knowledge of CAD/CAM systems
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly those related to Lean Manufacturing
