Responsibilities

• Perform manicures including trimming, shaping, and polishing fingernails for clients.
• Provide pedicures with a focus on hygiene and aesthetic appearance of toenails.
• Advise clients on appropriate nail care and home care routines to maintain nails.
• Discuss nail treatment options and nail artwork with clients before procedures.
• Ensure all salon tools and equipment are sterilized and maintained regularly.
• Provide excellent customer service to achieve client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in nail art and techniques in the industry.
• Promote additional salon services and products to clients during consultations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation following all health and safety protocols.
• Schedule appointments and manage walk-in clients as per salon protocols.
• Prepare and maintain client records for future appointments and special requests.
• Manage salon supplies inventory to ensure availability for uninterrupted services.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Manicurist and Pedicurist in a professional setting.
• Certification from a recognized Nail Technician or Cosmetology program is required.
• Excellent knowledge of nail-related products and up-to-date industry trends.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when needed.
