Role Overview

The is expanding its regional presence in Dubai and is looking for an M&A Analyst Intern to join the team. This is a six-month internship beginning in September, offering direct exposure to live mandates from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to support active deal processes
• Assist with deal sourcing and pipeline development
• Draft teasers and information memoranda for transactions
• Support the team across M&A and business development activities
  
  

Skills & Experience

• Currently completing or recently finished a Master's degree or MBA
• Full professional fluency in both French and English
• Genuine interest in M&A and corporate finance
• Available for a six-month commitment starting September, based in Dubai
• Comfortable working on real transactions in a fast-paced environment
