MandA Analyst Intern

The boutique investment bank is seeking an Investment Banking Intern to join its boutique investment bank team for a six-month placement beginning September 2026. The role sits within the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) practice and offers direct involvement in M&A origination and execution across international mandates.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the origination and execution of M&A mandates across various stages from initial phase through to closing.
• Build business and financial models and perform valuation analyses using Excel.
• Assist in designing and preparing materials for client meetings, covering strategic alternatives, M&A, and corporate finance topics.
• Conduct thorough research to gather project-specific information.
• Synthesize complex analyses into clear, actionable conclusions.
  
  

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Expected graduation date between June 2025 and September 2026.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Solid understanding of corporate finance principles and methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Genuine interest in the TMT sector is strongly preferred.
• Additional language skills are considered an asset.
