MandA Advisor

Transworld GCC, a leading M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) company operating in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, is seeking talented individuals to join our team as M&A Advisors. This exciting opportunity is perfect for self-starting entrepreneurs based in the UAE. This is a client facing position focused on the middle market deal size involving new business development. The remuneration is on commission only with OTE in the region of $100,000.00 PA.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify and acquire potential business buying and selling deals within the GCC region.
• Independently work deals through the pipeline, from initial contact to successful completion.
• Conduct comprehensive business valuations and market analyses.
• Facilitate negotiations and deal structuring between buyers and sellers.
• Provide expert guidance and advice to clients throughout the M&A process.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, attorneys, accountants, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions in the GCC region.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in business brokerage, M&A, or a related field. (preferred)
• Must be extremely organized.
• Ambitions with a can-do attitude.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and business operations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to independently acquire and manage deals through the pipeline.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for success.
