Managing Director

MMI is one of the UAE's best known names in premium beverages and it's part of the Emirates Group. We're looking for a Managing Director to lead the business into its next chapter.

You'll lead the whole MMI Group, which includes MMI, Le Clos and our associate companies. You'll report to the Group CEO and set the direction for a business that operates across Retail, Ecommerce, On Trade, Diplomatic & Wholesale, Travel Retail and International Markets.

We want someone to modernise the business, sharpen how we work and find new routes to growth through new markets, categories, partnerships and joint ventures.

What you'll lead

• The Group's long term strategy and making sure it actually gets delivered
• Full P&L ownership, with a focus on revenue, margin and market share across every channel
• A transformation agenda covering digital, data, processes and organisational capability
• Relationships with global brand owners, partners, regulators, Board members and Emirates Group stakeholders
• A high performing senior leadership team and a culture built on accountability, collaboration and doing the right thing

What you'll bring

• Experience as a senior executive (MD, CEO, COO, CCO or similar) in a complex, multi market business
• A track record of leading real transformation, including process, digital and cultural change
• Strong commercial instincts and proven P&L ownership
• International exposure, ideally including joint ventures or partnerships
• A deep understanding of consumer facing businesses. Alcohol industry experience is a plus but not essential
