Managing Director – in Real Estate for an exciting and fast-growing company

👥 Direct Reports: Head of Sales, Head of Operations, Senior Marketing Manager, Acquisitions Manager
💰 Salary: 45-55k AED per month (Depending on Experience)
Role Summary
As Managing Director for one of our favourite clients, you will lead Redmayne Smith’s strategic direction, driving commercial growth, operational excellence, and a high-performance culture across the organisation. As the senior leader in Dubai, you will champion innovation, ensure strong alignment between departments, and deliver against ambitious business objectives. This role requires a hands-on, people-focused individual who can inspire teams, maximise performance, and steer the organisation toward sustained success.
This is a senior role reporting into the group CEO and other Directors, so you will be strong in reporting upwards to senior leaders across all aspects of the business.
You may be already based in Dubai, or UK based and open to a future relocation package, but you will have experience of working in UK markets. Preferably, but not essential, you will also have experience of working in the real estate sector.
IMPORTANT: You won’t just be strong in sales or marketing, you will be strong across both of these specialisms and very strong operationally. You will need to be able to demonstrate this to us.

Responsibilities:
Provide Effective & Strategic Leadership
✅ Develop, implement, and lead on the company’s short-, medium-, and long-term strategic goals.
✅ Lead and manage direct reports against KPIs and defined objectives.
✅ Oversee Sales, Operations, and Marketing functions, ensuring consistent execution.
✅ Build strong succession pipelines through coaching and development.
✅ Foster a high-performance, values-led culture.
✅ Act as a hands-on, visible leader while delivering the Board’s vision and driving organisational excellence.
Achieve & Exceed Financial Measures
✅ Assume full ownership of the P&L, ensuring commercial success and financial discipline.
✅ Analyse performance trends to drive profitability and long-term growth.
✅ Present financial updates, forecasts, and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
✅ Identify commercial opportunities and expansion pathways.
✅ Make decisions grounded in data and commercial insight.
✅ Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and strategic forums.
Drive Sales & Marketing Excellence
✅ Set the strategic direction for Sales and Marketing in alignment with growth objectives.
✅ Oversee planning and execution of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and demand.
✅ Work closely with the Sales Manager to enhance conversion, performance, and team development.
✅ Ensure strong alignment between sales and marketing to optimise the customer journey.
✅ Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategy proactively.
✅ Promote digital innovation across CRM, automation, analytics, and customer experience tools.
✅ Review campaign performance and ROI to continuously refine strategy.
Enhance Operational Efficiency
✅ Ensure operational processes and systems are robust, scalable, and aligned with business growth.
✅ Drive a culture of quality, consistency, and service excellence across all functions.
✅ Identify inefficiencies and implement cost-effective, streamlined solutions.
✅ Ensure compliance with all regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
✅ Lead cross-functional projects to improve collaboration and operational alignment.
✅ Track and report on key operational metrics to the Board and senior stakeholders.
Create a Culture of Continuous Improvement
✅ Champion innovation and a learning mindset across the organisation.
✅ Review internal and external influences to identify risks and opportunities.
✅ Introduce change initiatives that increase agility, adaptability, and operational readiness.
✅ Build frameworks to test, evaluate, and scale new ideas or improvements.
