Head of Investments

The asset manager is seeking an experienced Head of Investments to lead the management and development of its Group investment portfolio, based in Dubai. The role carries responsibility for portfolio strategy, investment analysis, governance, performance monitoring, and risk management, ensuring all investment activity aligns with the Group\'s investment policy and long-term financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio construction and asset allocation across listed equities, fixed income, funds, money market instruments, and externally managed mandates.
• Direct investment research and due diligence processes to support sound investment decision-making.
• Oversee performance reporting and ensure robust monitoring of portfolio outcomes against objectives.
• Manage investment risk in line with the Group\'s investment policy and governance framework.
• Provide strategic investment recommendations to senior leadership and shareholders.
• Enhance investment governance structures and reporting frameworks across the function.
• Build and develop a high-performing investment team.
  
  

Skills & Experience

• 10 or more years of investment management experience gained within an asset manager, family office, investment office, private bank, corporate investment team, or treasury environment.
• Strong expertise across public markets, portfolio management, and asset allocation.
• Proven capability in investment research, performance measurement, and risk analysis.
• Solid understanding of GCC capital markets.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• CFA, MBA, or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred.
