Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end consulting engagements from assessment through implementation
Conduct strategic analysis, market assessments, operating model reviews, and process optimization
Advise senior leadership on business transformation, performance improvement, and organizational change
Develop and present insights, recommendations, and business cases to executive stakeholders
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder alignment sessions, and decision-making forums
Oversee project teams, coach junior consultants, and ensure delivery excellence
Support change management and implementation planning to ensure sustainable outcomes
Contribute to internal capability building, thought leadership, and practice development
Identify business development opportunities and support proposal development as needed
Qualifications
8+ years of management consulting experience within a top-tier or recognized consulting environment
Broad generalist expertise across areas such as:
Strategy and growth
Operating model design
Organizational effectiveness
Business process improvement
Digital or transformation initiatives
Proven success leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Exceptional communication and executive-level presentation skills
Ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders
Advanced proficiency in data analysis, business modeling, and structured frameworks
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Preferred Attributes
Experience across multiple industries and business functions
Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI) or project credentials (e.g., PMP)
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
Demonstrated thought leadership or practice-building contributions
