About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Manager – Wynn Rewards to join the Wynn Rewardsteam.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Oversee daily operations of the Wynn Rewards desk, ensuring efficient service and high guest satisfaction
• Develop and implement strategies to grow program enrollment, usage, and member retention
• Collaborate with marketing, hotel, F&B, and gaming teams to create compelling member offers and experiences
• Analyze program performance metrics and guest feedback to optimize benefits and engagement
• Train, mentor, and manage Wynn Rewards team members to deliver consistent, luxury-level service
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and brand standards related to loyalty programs
• Act as the primary liaison for guest inquiries, escalations, and VIP member relations
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a gaming loyalty program management, preferably in luxury hospitality
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis tools, and guest engagement platforms
• Fluency in English required; Arabic or other languages a plus
• Passion for luxury service and guest-centric innovation
• Must pass gaming licensing background check
