Manager - Water Treatment

Job Description

To Manage and control all the water tank, swimming pool, grease trap and lake cleaning activities (including and not limited to operations requirements) in a safe and cost-effective manner, to enable to meet its objectives and fulfill the requirements as per approved annual business plan.

• To ensure execution of services are in line with all clients expectations and requirements, International Standards, Statutory regulations, policies and procedures.
• To provide quality services of to all clients & maintain good business relationship by satisfying them and strengthen our services. - Ensure proper coordination between the client and the team
• Responsible for day-to-day operations all Over UAE
  
  

• Provide effective management to operation activities of assigned Contract / Projects so as to accomplished with its strategic and financial growth.
• Contribute in development and implementation of Industry best practices / strategies and procedures
• Monitoring and implementing best QC and QA measures for Projects / Contracts
• Build effective relationship with the clients to retain contracts and to obtain additional revenue increase for the organization
• Work closely with Senior management to establish and achieve departmental profit & loss
• Ensure budgets developed and implemented for all operational projects under High level cleaning operations - Ensure company strategic planning and targets met by ensuring that operational effectiveness and productivity is achieved to ensure competitiveness in the market achieved to win additional contracts.
• Ensure that Dubai Municipality certification and other relevant Government as well as statutory requirements for all Emirates achieved and maintained to ensure legal compliance with water treatment facilities
  
  

• 8 -10 years Experience in UAE or Gulf preferred as a Water treatment Manager
• Bachelors or masters degree in chemical engineering or similar and UAE experience for minimum 5 years
