JOB DESCRIPTION

The Telesales Manager will lead the telesales function, overseeing strategy, operations, and team performance to drive high-quality lead generation, client engagement, and conversion. This role plays a vital part in Ellington Properties’ customer acquisition strategy — ensuring every client interaction reflects the company’s premium brand values and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the telesales strategy to achieve lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Manage, coach, and motivate a team of telesales executives and team leaders to deliver consistent high performance.
  • Monitor daily KPIs, call volumes, and lead quality; analyse performance reports and implement improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and CRM teams to align campaigns, messaging, and follow-up processes.
  • Design and implement scripts, sales pitches, and follow-up frameworks to maintain brand consistency and maximize conversion.
  • Ensure accurate lead tracking and reporting within Salesforce /CRM systems.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and skill development programs for telesales staff.
  • Coordinate with Marketing to ensure timely follow-up on digital campaigns, events, and property launches.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and introduce automation or new tools to improve productivity.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Ellington’s property portfolio, product updates, pricing structures, and payment plans.
  • Deliver management reports on lead generation trends, pipeline performance, and team productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer experience.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of telesales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role — preferably in real estate or luxury property sales.
  • Proven success in managing high-performing telesales teams and achieving conversion targets.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and digital lead management.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
  • Results-driven, strategic thinker, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
