Manager Technology - Core Banking Injaz-TECH- Core Banking Program Staffing MIT

The Manager - Technology, Core Banking Transformation will play a key role in delivering Mashreqs Core Banking and Payments Transformation Program across six countries. The role holder will support the implementation of the next-generation Core Banking platform (Oracle FLEXCUBE) and related payment solutions, ensuring alignment between business requirements, technology solutions, operational processes, and delivery timelines.

Working closely with stakeholders across Corporate & Investment Banking Group (CIBG), Operations, Technology, Product Teams, Vendors, and the Program Management Office, the incumbent will drive requirements management, solution reviews, testing, migration readiness, risk management, and country rollout activities.

The role will contribute to the transformation of Cash Management and Trade Finance products, including Payments, Account Services, Collections, Virtual Account Management, Liquidity Management, and Digital Channels (Corporate Portal, Host-to-Host Connectivity, SWIFT, APIs, and Mobile Applications).

This position requires a delivery-focused professional with strong knowledge of core banking, cash management, and transaction banking products, coupled with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure successful program execution. The role will contribute to enhancing customer experience, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and business agility across the Mashreq network.
