About The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Manager – Security & Crisis Management Training to join the resort’s Security team.
The Primary Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Are
Make independent decisions under pressure as a subject matter expert.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain strong ties with emergency services.
Conduct benchmark studies and operational reviews to identify gaps and adopt best practices.
Recommend and implement technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
Develop policies, procedures, and strategic objectives with measurable KPIs.
Optimize manpower and equipment schedules aligned with business goals.
Prepare budget forecasts and submit purchase orders in line with operational planning.
Design modern, compliant documentation to support operational accuracy.
Oversee the design and delivery of security and crisis management training programs.
Supervise training teams and Field Training Officers (FTOs), ensuring policy compliance.
Maintain accurate training records and certification tracking for all staff.
Identify training gaps and implement targeted improvement strategies.
Coordinate department-wide training, including onboarding, shadowing, and refresher sessions.
Manage training logistics, including scheduling, guest speakers, and supply inventory.
Conduct CPR/AED and First Aid training and oversee recertification and sustainment programs.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required).
Minimum 3 years of experience in developing and delivering security training programs.
Preferred: Experience working in the UAE and prior role as a security or field trainer.
Preferred: Arabic-speaking candidate for bilingual communication.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficient in project management, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering high-quality results on time.
Skilled in public speaking and confident interacting with executive leadership.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptable to shift-based work schedules.
