Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a skilled Manager Retail Operations to join our Retail team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Supervise daily retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient store functions
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
• Coordinate with store team to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards
• Analyze operational data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Support recruitment, training, and performance management of retail staff
• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and pricing accuracy
• Maintain regular store presence to assess operations, customer service, and adherence to brand standards
• Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation across retail locations
• Implement and monitor health, safety, and security procedures in all stores
• Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational excellence
  
  

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs, store operations, and customer service standards
• Proficiency in retail management systems, POS software, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple store locations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement
