Job Description

The role involves forming and leading a new team to manage civil construction projects for the company’s new division. Responsibilities include overseeing projects from start to finish—Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring/Controlling, and Closure—and ensuring delivery meets scope, budget, quality, safety, timeline, client satisfaction, and financial goals.

These steps ensure a project is completed on time, within budget, and to the stakeholders' satisfaction

Responsibilities

Oversee project delivery from design coordination through to handover

• Maintain program schedules using Primavera
• Administer ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and Dubai Municipality requirements and clients RFP and contractual obligations.
• Handle variation orders, Variation EOT claims, and manage contractor correspondence
• Coordinate the design team, including architects, engineers, and specialists
• Lead weekly meetings and document actionable items
• Control project budget, forecast costs, issue payment certificates, and finalize accounts
• Submit permits and approve inspections with Dubai Municipality
• Monitor HSE performance in accordance with UAE Labour Law and site HSE plan
• Provide monthly reports to the client covering program, cost, and risk
  
  

• Minimum 10 years of experience in UAE / Dubai Civil Construction, Building Construction as core experience, and advantages if he have additional experiences in Infrastructure, Fit-Out, Renovation, or Civil Maintenance Projects.
• Bachelor of Civil Engineering from reputed university/ college
• bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or architecture- DM Certified mandatory
