We have an exciting opportunity for Manager with solid background in overall management of People & Organization (P&O) process and services to join our P&O department in Dubai. This role ensures smooth, accurate, and compliant administration of all P&O processes and services. The manager oversees the P&O services team responsible for data management, payroll coordination, benefits administration, employee records, and P&O compliance with global organizational standards and local regulations, and most importantly, meet and deliver on the agreed SLAs.

Reports to : Senior Manager, P&O, Dubai & Iraq and dotted to Regional Process and Services Lead

Detailed Responsibilities:

Overall


  • Collaborate and align with Country Lead and work closely with Business Partners and ensure smooth operational and administrative delivery.
  • Conducts continuous improvement initiatives to local processes, drives automation and standardization to meet global P&O process inorder enhance speed, accuracy and employee experience.
  • Represent the local team in Process and Services meetings Global & Regional meeting, provide input on global/regional directives, and lead end-to-end execution of related local projects.
  • Ensures data integrity and delivers accurate and timely reports and insight that support the business needs.
  • Supports with audits and compliant with local laws and regulations.
  • Lead implementation and maintenance of digital tools and drives efficiencies.
  • Manage and lead the team and provide end-user support to P&O, managers & employees.


P&O Process & Services


  • Supervise all P&O processes of employee life cycle and service team handling including employee data, onboarding, exits, and HRIS updates.
  • Own & maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Ensure all P&O processes follow company SOPs and meet statutory requirements.
  • Handle P&O documentation — letters, contracts, reports, etc
  • Monitor service turnaround times (SLAs) and quality standards.
  • Identify process gaps and suggest automation, process or system improvements.


Payroll & Employee Benefits Administration


  • Validate inputs of the service team payroll inputs such as attendance, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
  • Coordinate with finance/payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Manage employee benefits enrollment (health insurance, retirement, etc.).
  • Employee insurance, invoicing and payments
  • Maintain compensation and benefits records.
  • Provide administrative support for annual compensation review cycles with data and documentation.
  • Handle employee queries on salary, deductions, and benefits.


P&O Audit & Compliance


  • Maintain complete and audit-ready P&O files and records.
  • Conduct periodic internal checks to ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Track compliance requirements such as labor law postings, contract renewals, and statutory filings.
  • Coordinate with auditors and implement corrective actions for findings.


Employee Relations (Administrative Support)


  • Maintain confidential records of disciplinary actions and grievance cases.
  • Ensure ER cases are properly documented, tracked, and closed as per policy.
  • Support communication of P&O policies, notices, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing reports on attrition, grievances, and disciplinary trends.
  • Support with employee surveys.

Qualifications & Characteristics:


  • Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in human resources.
  • A minimum of 5 years work experience as a similar industry or HR generalist with leadership experience is a plus.
  • Sound knowledge of HR practices and UAE labour law.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English language.
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality as it relates to People.
  • Excellent interpersonal competencies, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Ability to work with managers to assess complex issues pragmatically.
  • Proven ability to multitask.
  • Excellent administration and organization skills.
  • Ability to interact with and lead employees at various levels.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to define problems, establish facts, analyze situations.
  • Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
