About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in early 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Manager – Parking Services to join the resort’s hotel Parking Services team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Supervise and manage all parking operations including valet, self-parking, and shuttle services.
  • Lead, train, and schedule parking attendants, valets, and supervisors to ensure high service standards.
  • Monitor parking facility usage, traffic flow, and space availability to maximize efficiency.
  • Ensure all parking equipment (gates, ticketing systems, payment kiosks) is operational and well-maintained.
  • Handle guest and visitor inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.
  • Implement and enforce safety, security, and traffic control procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Security, Front Office, Engineering) for seamless operations.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on occupancy, revenue, staffing, and incidents.
  • Ensure qualitative Forbes Five Star standards are met.
  • Manage vendor relationships and service contracts related to parking operations.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, fire codes, and accessibility standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest experience and operational efficiency.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in parking operations, facilities management, or guest services, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in parking management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of valet operations, traffic control, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Prior experience and training with Forbes Travel Guide standards required.
